Options Rolling Calculator – Net Credit and New Break-Even

Rolling closes an existing option and opens a new one, usually at a later expiration and sometimes at a different strike. The calculator shows whether the roll is for a net credit or debit, your new break-even and the total premium collected on the position.

A roll for a credit lowers your break-even but extends the time your capital is committed. Comparing the extra premium with the extra days helps you decide whether a roll is worth it or whether closing or taking assignment makes more sense.

Results are educational estimates from standard formulas, not investment advice. Live prices, fees and your broker's rules can change the outcome.
