Delta Exposure Calculator – Dollar Delta and Equivalent Shares

Delta tells you how much an option's price moves for a $1 move in the stock. Multiplying by 100 shares per contract and the number of contracts gives your equivalent share exposure; multiplying again by the stock price gives dollar delta.

The calculator shows both numbers and the estimated profit or loss for a $1 move, which makes it easier to compare option positions with owning the stock outright.
